Internet-Leads guarantees that our
generated leads contain viable contact information on prospects who
have inquired about a particular product or service. Prospects have
voluntarily agreed to be contacted by a representative of a company
offering products or services that match their inquiry. If
you feel you have purchased a lead that does not meet our stringent
quality control measures you will receive a replacement lead
provided the lead your returning meets the criteria listed under
the SCENARIOS THAT WILL MERIT LEAD REPLACEMENT
section below.
LEAD CREDIT POLICIES:
SCENARIOS THAT WILL MERIT LEAD
REPLACEMENT
a) Duplicate leads (Pay for the
first lead and Internet-Leads will credit the
duplicates)
b) Disconnected or wrong telephone
numbers.
c) Credit will be given for leads
that fall outside your service area, as defined on your order
form.
d) Credit will be given for leads
that do not coincide with the criteria you provided.
e) Phony leads (leads received that
are obviously fake will be credited)
SCENARIOS THAT WILL NOT MERIT
LEAD REPLACEMENT
a) If the customer states they are
only comparing pricing/options.
b) Inability to reach a potential
customer and/or failure of the customer to return
messages.
c) Any credit related difficulties,
if applicable to your industry.
d) Credit will not be given for
leads where contact was never attempted.
All leads that meet the replacement
criteria should be sent back within 5 business days of when they
were distributed in order to receive credit for replacement. Leads
sent after 5 business days will not receive credit.
